Because of all liability issues and such, I am unable to do any heavy lifting, moving of any trinkets other than to dust them, wash dishes, or do laundry. There are always exceptions to many things. If there is something asked of me that is not of the previous, I will have to decline the task, but I will offer an alternative as well.

I am not lisenced or insured. Therefore I am not liable for damages that I have not caused. Any damages observed during a cleaning will be reported directly to you written and verbally. I also keep a log of all documents for the following year or unless otherwise needed.
